So I'm thinking of going through my LJ--ALL the entries--and tagging them all. Because I, of course, am extremely OCD and organization--where I can get it, lol--makes me happy.
But it would take more time/effort than I have today. And next Friday I plan to be scanning a bunch of stuff.
Actually, I was planning to do that today but totally didn't even realize that I needed to PACK the pics in my school bag until after I was out of class. Go me!
I'm going over to Nico's tonight, and for the first time I have permission. XD "Against our better judgement" is what Dad said. Whatever. (The thing is that they don't know Nico's gay, so they're convinced that he's after me that way. XD)
Hobbity sounded like Pauletta! My niece! I KNEW she sounded familiar!
Laurien has a green mirror now. (DISCLAIMER: No one was hurt.) A few weeks ago it was raining in torrents, and visibility was, like, bad. Like maybe two car lengths in front of you. And I HAD to go to work. Out on the highway I was driving in the left lane, and this poor woman in a big SUV was in the turning lane, stopped because she was waiting on people coming from the other way. I kinda drifted into the turning lane just a little. I swerved right as soon as I saw her, and fortunately nothing serious happened. My side mirror dented the side of her car. I slammed to a halt; then pulled over, and got out. Thankfully all that was damaged was my mirror, so I ran up to where the other woman had pulled over and she kept apologizing; she took my number and mom's number, saying she'd call and we'd work something out, but she never called. I don't have her number.
Whatever. This way the insurance people are clueless and my premium stays low. (Lower than Progressive.com and Geico; thxvrymch.)
Anyway, Rodney replaced my mirror with a salvage yard part, and the outside of the mirror is dark teal green. It looks kind of funny with my purple interior, lol...
I don't remember if I said anything about this; but a few weeks before that I had money taken from my purse at work, and it happened to coincide with money stolen via my debit card. I got that all settled long ago (got my money back, new debit card, all that jazz, not a huge deal, just a lot of paperwork and repeating myself that drove me nuts--I'd gotten phished, though, so beware! If you don't know what that is google will tell you all you ever wanted to know, I'm sure.). But anyway, at first I thought they were connected because of the timing of the events, and it turned out they weren't.
The guy who was caught digging in my purse at work got fired, and I thought I was just out for the cash. ($40. Gah.) But then the police department calls me and asks if I want to press charges. After some thought, I decided to do it. And I haven't heard a thing since. I wonder what that actually means. I doubt they have the evidence to take that to court.
So that's all the excitement that I've neglected to mention. And now I shall post this and then write of Lost...
