How LotR SHOULD have ended...

I think it was originally supposed to have slashy connotations, but I don't think of it that way. Seriosuly, how much MORE would you have cried if RotK had had THIS happy ending?

Thats so sweet! It may have had slashy beginnings, but really I would never take it that way.

Actually, the first time I saw it, I almost cried. I teared up for sure. It just GOT to me.

*Pat Pat* The same happened with me when I read the last bit of ROTK. I threw the book across the room and cried. My mom blamed the hormones to annoy me.

I went straight to the appendices, hoping to find the passage where he came back. ^_- It didn't really hit me how badly that annoyed me until I watched the movie two days later.

I need to post that poem about the sea-bell, the one that proves (IMHO) that Frodo shouldn't have bothered with that whole going-over-the-sea thing...
