tea and Lost

The tea went great, even though there was only coffee and no tea. *rolls eyes* And it's friggin' OVER. That's the best part. Stress OVER! XD
I slept nearly twelve hours last night. When Lost was over I called Shelly, then crawled into my bed thinking I'd doze for a few minutes and didn't wake until 5 AM. I got my outfit and stuff together for school and then crawled back in until I had to get up this morning.
This means that I will likely be up until around four tonight. XD More than likely I'll be finishing reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. (Woot!)
And speaking of Lost, that was great!

Points to Shelly's boyfriend, who accurately predicted that Henry Gale was an Other who killed the person/people who ACTUALLY came in the balloon. Booyah!
I was hoping Locke's backstory would either explain why he's been so nutty since the start of the season or make me totally hate him. I'm tired of being on the fence about him. I want him to be either the Satan or the savior of the island. This roller-coaster ride is driving me crazy.
I did feel sorry for him, though, when Helen turned him down.
What was with the blacklights and all the stuff written on the doors? OMG!
I <3'ed all the poker. I especially <3'ed Kate when she was all, "Do you want me to go get a ruler?" XD
What was with the food at the end? I mean, if a huge pile of food appears every time the timer runs out, maybe they should let it run out more often!

Date: 2006-04-03 05:44 pm (UTC)(You do realize that it probably would have died by now if you weren't so insistent? If you didn't keep bringing it up it wouldn't always be the first word to pop into my head, and would be evenly mixed with yay, squee, and booyah. ^_-)

Date: 2006-03-31 12:28 pm (UTC)BTW: We've officially hit the halfway mark with the posting of the next two parts! Yay!
*note to self- Should celebrate by actually doing fan-art of Rose and Ventane, and possibly both Tilly characters as well.*

Date: 2006-03-31 02:03 pm (UTC)It was totally obvious from the start that "Henry" killed the real Henry, or found the real Henry already dead, and decided to use that as his alibi. I'm even thinking now that he might have let himself get captured so he can observe the survivors more closely, hence all his little comments about why they aren't questioning things and why are certain people in charge. He knows that he's in danger, so he made Locke promise to protect him no matter what and then went out of his way to help Locke with the button and the door to try to build some sense of camaraderie between them.

Date: 2006-04-03 11:27 pm (UTC)Like I said, it doesn't make sense. All I know for sure is there was a countdown for some reason and then the blast doors closed. But I do know it has nothing to do with the button, as this is the first time that the blast doors have closed. You would think it would have happened sooner if it was connected to the button somehow.

Date: 2006-04-05 07:39 pm (UTC)Do you think they were supposed to close X number of hours after that? But then it still wouldn't make sense that they'd go back up...
Maybe Dharma closes them every time they do a food drop because they don't want the Hatchlings to see how the food gets there?
