OooooOoo! I'll try and find it for you. I found a picture of the Phantom, took his mask using the masking tool(really, that isn't what it is, its just what it's called), inverted it, made a new layer and resized Lijah's head to fit it. Then I combined them and tweeked various aspects (Brightness/contrast, etc) and voila! The Phantom of the Rings is there!
