I just realized
Dec. 8th, 2011 12:35 amWhenever I am in a stressful situation, whether it be anger stress or fear stress or just plain stress, I start composing a blog entry about my feelings in my head. However many words are on this journal, there's probably three times as many that I never even typed.
And when I do this, it actually makes me feel better.
