I think my list of absolute musts on my PoF profile was

~Christian, but not too picky beyond that
~not want kids
~must be intelligent (I think I said, "if your profile is riddled with typos and errors, I'm not going to message you back")

And then of course, there's the whole waiting-for-marriage thing, but I didn't have that on my profile. =) I didn't want to scare them off THAT early into the game!
