nope, not dead yet
Sep. 25th, 2008 04:16 pmI have been two days without internet (other than a brief stint last night, leeching Kristy's neighbor's unsecured wireless), worried that I'd damaged my laptop, only to discover that the cable jack in my wall was fried. >_<
At least they fixed it all for free. Yay customer service! They could only have topped that by sending a technician that was actually cute at least one of the three times they had to send a technician.
On the other hand, I JUST finished reading back 200 entries on LJ. (Most of it is RSS feeds, though, and it takes literally 2 seconds to read each entry.) It sucks to get behind!
But I'm back, and I can go pay my credit cards, etc. Good deal. This kind of thing is why I fear going paperless, though!
And after that deep pool of...deepness, I present:
