Dorkalicious, I know, but I haven't read the Sonic comics pretty much since I've moved out. It's been on my mind that I want to get back into them, so I went poking around on the old Archie Comics website and HOORAY!
A) I can buy all of 2007's issues in one set for a lower price (conveniently I moved out in January so that's just about perfect; I need to dig the comics out, put them in the study, and see exactly where I left off)
B) they're FINALLY reprinting all the old, hard-to-find, crazy-expensive original back issues; in trade paperback with 4 issues per book
C) hello, new subscription
D) the site is actually up to par with other geek websites; it isn't sad and pathetic like it used to be
and E) I can do EVERYTHING online so I don't have to feel like an idiot being the 21-year-old calling to buy comic books over the phone!
In other news, I'm thinking of rearranging my bedroom. The whole window-as-headboard concept isn't quite doing it for me anymore. I need curtains. And no matter what else, I'm stringing up my purple Christmas lights around the perimeter. Except on the Lord of the Rings wall.
