I feel weird
Nov. 9th, 2007 08:28 amI woke up this morning about 45 minutes before my alarm was supposed to go off, rolled over, and made note of the fact that it felt like I was rolling further than I actually was. When I got up to get dressed I felt dizzy and stumbled around a bit, more than my usual wake-up clumsiness.
Now I'm sitting in my chair at work, it feels like part of my hair is pulled back in a ponytail and it ISN'T, my head hurts despite the fact that I took ibuprofin an hour and ten minutes ago, and my head feels unbalanced, like I'm tilting it to the side when I'm not. Or maybe I am and not noticing. When I DO move it, like to bend over to grab something out of my bag and then sit up, I feel dizzy.
WTF?
The "unbalanced" feeling I'm willing to blame on sleeping wrong; I'm relatively sure that's just my neck going slightly bonkers. But dizziness?
ETA: Am now eating some peanut M&M's. Feeling moderately better, though my neck is still out of whack and I really just want to go home and go back to bed.
