She's the Man was really funny. I enjoyed it muchly. Didn't realize it was based on Twelth Night, but now that you mention it I do see the similarities as far as plot points. It's not similar in any other way. It's the same way that Clueless is based on Emma. And I bet you've never seen Clueless. ;)
