Evidently, I am not as sneaky as I thought, and the whole office knows that Cody and I are not together.

On the bright side I took down the wedding pictures that have been on my desk this whole time. I am debating on how childish it might be to replace them with a picture of Darren. (Yeah, the eye candy would be nice, but that's probably not going to happen considering I already get teased a bit for my fannishness. Then again there's one girl there who has a frekaing JUSTIN BIEBER calendar so I don't know that anyone would have any room to say anything.)

Is it weird that I'm already mentally planning my NEXT wedding the same way I did the first one--you know, when it's lightyears before I've even met anyone?

The ONE good thing for me about my boyfriend being at Basic Training is I can watch 'Say Yes to the Dress' and 'Bridezillas' with no guilt^_^

Burn the Bieber calander and make Darren your comp background! ;)

Lol. I watched them, but Cody would flee the room. And I would probably watch them now if I ever watched TV; I tend to only turn on one specific show, watch it, and turn it off, rather than plunking down in front of it for hours. If I'm going to have something on "just for noise" I'd rather have music, lol.

Oh God Bridezillas. I think my favorite was the heavy girl who was with a heavy guy and she insisted that HE needed to get in shape to fit in his tux but said nothing about herself; she made an appointment and took him to a gym at like 5 AM and his trainer took him running, and she was waiting back at the car with a box of a dozen donuts. She was eating them right in front of him and wouldn't let him have any. And I was just like...that's this show, and America, in a nutshell. Trainwreck TV at its finest, lol.

(There's part of me that thinks that's a terrible and bitchy thing to do and all that, but--these men WILLINGLY stay with these women, so, you know, it's kind of their own fault.)

I just realized I have, like, NO girly userpics. XD

Honey. Do you not know me at all? Right now my Firefox header is the Klaine kiss, my Gmail header is their prom pic, my iGoogle is a drawing of the two of them with hearts in the air, and my desktop is Darren.

Of course that's at home. :\ At work I can only choose between the Windows defaults; the internet is limited to something like ten sites that we actually use for work. They apparently thought it'd be better to BLOCK THE WHOLE INTERNET and then unlock one site at a time as we need it, rather than banning the top timewasters--YouTube, Facebook, etc. Then again there's been a lot of crap going on at work and I'm realizing how asinine the Powers That Be there actually are, and there might be a new entry brewing on that topic. And I wouldn't be allowed to bring anything on a flash drive.

TL;DR--my work sucks, Darren is not an option for that computer, unfortunately.

Was that the same bride that chased her bridesmaids around and beat up on them because she thought they needed to lose weight too? I saw part of that episode o_O

Ha. We do lots of catering at work and THEY BLOCKED GOOGLE MAPS and every other useful direction sites.

What.

The.

Hell.

Logic, there is none. :P

EPIC FAIL.

Like I said, I GET blocking the major, definitely-not-work-related timewasters (Facebook, YouTube, etc). But if we need to research a company (say, to send a garnishment or some such), if we can't find what we need on the Secretary of State's website, we have to go to the supervisor and be all "Um, can you please Google this for us?" And it's not like she sits around and does nothing, she's always super-busy. So it's kind of wasting HER time.

So yes, major lack of logic.

I think so, but I'm not sure, I saw it when I was working in peoples' homes and didn't get to see the whole thing either. But the donuts. The DONUTS.
