quick update
Mom might get to go home tomorrow. Her blood thinness number has to get up (yes, up) to 2.0 and it was 1.59 earlier today. They'd really like to see it hit 2.5 but it's climbing verrrry slowly so they're probably going to settle for 2.0. They upped her meds, though, so they're hoping she'll be ready to go tomorrow. I know she's bored and wants to leave (which is why I've been going there whenever I get up and staying until she goes to sleep--7-9 hours every day), lol, so here's hoping.
I find it slightly frightening that A) I'm incredibly comfortable inside the hospital, even though I've never stayed in one, and B) I don't have to find my way around a large portion of the patient room areas or public areas, I know the hospital's layout. Even though it's been the same since I was born there, it bugs me that I've spent that much time there.
