Well, I wanted suggestions for my Halloween costume...

Your Funny Costume Is
Candi Korn

Not so much. XD

Your Sloth Quotient: 20%

You're certainly not lazy. If anything, you're super charged, hyper, and always going.
Slow down a little. You can enjoy a slow afternoon without becoming a total couch potato.

Yay! (And I DO enjoy those slow afternoons when I can...just usually I'm either working or out! ^_^)

You'll Find Love at School or Work

You're ambitious, and you won't let dating get in the way of your goals
And that's why you'll find love at school or work... because you're always there
Shy about dating someone you work with? Don't be. He'll be perfect for you.
Just make sure to go out and have some fun together every once and a while!

Um, right. Not unless we get some new hires sometime soon! Or one of these teenage guys is into older women! XD

Your Life's Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, gacked from [profile] littlelaiken.

(Okay, folks, I'm leaving the attached instructions, but as I don't have a media library on my POS computer, I'm just randomly scrolling--without looking!--to songs on my songlist file.)

1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, etc).
2. Put it on shuffle.
3. Press play.
4. For every question type the song that's playing.
5. When you go to a new question press the next button.

So Turkey Trot was same ol', same ol'...nothing exciting to report there, lol, except that I ran into the mom of an old friend of mine, and while she really didn't know what it meant, she told me her son (my friend) had a myspace. So I'm trying to look him up now. *crosses fingers*

Ahh...went to Malvern (near Little Rock) early Sunday morning and saw my grandparents, and all the aunts and uncles on Mom's side. It amazes me how some of them look the exact same and others I could pass on the street and never would have known.

*sigh* There's some of them I may never see again, literally, just because we were never close. We're very much paternally-oriented.

None of them have a clue about my life, lol. Most of them asked how school was going. Either they never heard that I graduated (most cases) or thought I was going right back. Gah. But they all thought that my hair was pretty, lol. And my grandmother, who's always been the overly-helpful type (the kind who told me that I should lose weight and then when I did started telling me that I should wear makeup!) was so surprised that I'd cut my hair and dyed it (I really didn't think it'd been THAT long since I'd seen her!) that she didn't have anything negative to say. ^_^ She likes my haircut, and she noticed I lost (more) weight, and I was wearing a little makeup so if she'd said anything I could've countered it, lol.

Anyway. There was a big hoopla with me getting off work today (Briannah didn't write it down like she said she would!! >_<) and to make a long story short, Nico's working 9 AM to close because of me, and I feel pretty shtty about it because it turns out that we didn't get home all that late or stay overnight in a hotel (the reason I asked off just in case), and my cousin couldn't look at my car (the appointment I made after asking off--because an oil leak is impossible to find when it's raining, apparently), so I could have worked. I just didn't find that out until one-thirty this afternoon when I was sitting in my cousin's office. So if I was psychic, I wouldn't have asked off. But I'm not and now Nico's (more than likely) having a crappy day.

(So Nico: the next time you want to go do something--movie, dinner, whatever you want--it's on me. I screwed up and I feel terrrible, and feel free to call me and bitch at me tonight. AFTER you read this.)

AH HA. I FOUND HIM! YES! (Lucky me, though, that he has his location still marked here at home, even though he's half a world away in the military!)

Bye, all! Heading off to get stuff out of layaway and then probably go hang with Chris!
